The most fundamental ideas have the greatest impact. The goal is to articulate critiques of fundamental definitions of architecture using the design project as a medium for discourse. Projects will be evaluated based on the integrity of their translation from intentions to resolutions. The design problem shall be given at the competition launch on Friday afternoon, February 15, 2019. Teams shall be given a total of 26 hours spread throughout the three-day festival to complete the design challenge on-site. Both digital and manual presentation are allowed. Teams who opt for digital presentations shall bring their own laptops with their preferred drafting and presentation software. Anthology Festival 2019 (Manila, Philippines) shall print the outputs. Teams who opt for manual presentation must bring their own drafting and rendering materials. Anthology festival shall provide the official A3 sheets.
